Waxed cotton develops its own character over time & use; leaving your unique history built into the fabric itself. We put a 'double pass' of wax on our Outback Waxed Cotton hat to be extra thorough. A quick spin in the dryer every few washes will rejuvenate the finish.

Sizing Information

Tilley uses Canadian sizing, which is one size larger than UK sizing. A UK size 7 would be a Canadian size 7 1/8. 

Extra Small: 6 7/8" - 55cm  

Small: 7" - 56cm

Medium 2: 7 ¼" - 58cm  

Large: 7 3/8" - 59cm

Care Instructions

• Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold, use a mild detergent
• Reshape and air dry
• Do not bleach
• Remove wind cord and foam from the crown pocket before wash
• Do not use softeners
• Do not iron
• Every few washes tumble dry low heat for a few minutes to rejuvenate the wax finish.
