Shipping
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. We do not post items over the weekends.
We support our local Post Office and ship by Royal Mail 2nd class or Evri as standard (or free when you spend over £60), which takes approximately 3-5 working days to reach you from the time of postage.

- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: £9.95 (To use this service you must place your order before 1pm, Sunday to Wednesday)
- Royal Mail special Delivery Guaranteed Saturday by 1pm £14.95 (To use this service you must place your order by 1pm Thursday)
UK orders over £60 are shipped for free using our standard 2nd class delivery. You may of course choose any other form of delivery which will have a charge.
Please note that all signed for 1st and 2nd class postage come with £50 compensation. All standard 2nd class shipping features £20 compensation as part of Royal Mail's service.
Any compensation claims made through the post office must be made within 21 days, according to Royal Mail policy for undelivered items and 10 days for any disputed "delivered claims".
Item posted outside of the UK can sometimes incur local taxes. These are not included in the price of your hat and will need to be paid separately.
