Where is The Hat Shop based?

We have a lovely shop in the cathedral city of Salisbury and also have a market stall in the Salisbury Charter Market.

Can I order a hat over the phone?

Of course, please call 07979 896534 and we'll be happy to take your order and answer any questions you may have.

Which size should I choose?

Our hats come in many different sizes and some are one size to fit all.

Check out our Sizing Guide for more information and how to find the perfect fit. 

If you're buying a Tilley hat, please make sure you look at the separate sizing guide table for Tilley.

How will my hat be delivered?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. You'll receive an email confirmation for your order when it's received.

We support our local Post Office and ship by Royal Mail as a 2nd class as standard, which takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Our standard shipping fee is £3.95 and any UK orders over £30 are shipped for free.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Is your website secure?

Yes, we use the industry standard (SSL) server which is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. All of your information including credit card and personal information is encrypted, so no-one else can access it.
