Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from date of purchase to request a return.
Returns are at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will not be given if the tags have been removed
We MUST RECEIVE the returned item(s) within 14 days of the return request (the day we receive your return request email) or proof the item was posted within 14 days of the return request for a refund to be issued. Any items received after this date will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, return the item in the original packaging with your return slip. We will refund you as soon as we receive the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to purchase the new size or item you require. We can then post this straight out to you. Then use the returns process to return your unwanted item.
Refunds
You will receive your refund once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
