Great Service and Lovely Hat

Delighted with my hat. Arrived very quickly. I had to return and re-order a different size - again delivery was really quick. Looking at the other reviews, I’d say size up rather than down.

Lovely sunhat and smooth refund process

I had to return a hat that was the wrong size (my error) but the refund all went smoothly. The replacement larger hat is a great fit and an excellent buy. The second, stronger box fared much better in the post and I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again.

Expensive but worth it!

Yes, it costs a lot but there are very few options which offer total protection from the sun's rays. This is a smart straw hat and while, unlike other Tilley hats, it doesn't fold up, as another reviewer said..... it makes sure you wear it. I hope to get a lot of wear out of it for years to come.
