Quality hat fillers
They can be used on all types of hats to reduce the size. Each hat filler will reduce the hat by approximately half a hat size (0.5cm). They can be used in all types of mens or ladies caps or hats.
How to use:
They have an adhesive side so that they can be stuck comfortably under or against the sweatband. We would recommend starting with the first one at the back of your head followed by the front and lastly sides. Use as required.
