Terrible Customer service

I have emailed you so many times as soon as I received the hats, and received nothing back, there has been no other way to contact anyone. Both the hats did not have the pin badges on them, I sent in pictures and continued to email daily to ask for them to be sent and received absolutely nothing back. I am very disappointed in the service I have received or lack of.

Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size and need a 61 brim width instead of a 60

Despite the fact that I only have one head, I'm continually drawn back to the Hat Shop. Range is great, prices very competitive and service excellent. Failsworth range compete with Stetson for style and value. Love this shop
